We will receive and handle all calls, scheduling, showing, and Follow-up, this would include Saturdays and Sundays.

 


RENTER QUALIFICATION & SCREENING

We will pre-qualify your rental prospects before showing your property,

A full background check includes the following:

  • credit

  • criminal history

  • Rental history

  • Employment

  • Evictions

  • employment history


NEGOTIATION

We see negotiating as an enabling process, not a process of denial. We will work with you and the tenant to come to terms.


PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

Our fess are ONLY received if we have a tenant whom completes all necessary paperwork, is approved on all backgrounds, pays all funds and takes possession of the property. If we do not find a tenant who meets your needs we charge nothing.


FEES:

  • Annual lease:

    10% of the gross lease amount, the higher the lease payment the better our commission. This  is a motivation for all our agents to get the highest and best price for your property

  • Short term rental:

    15% of the lease payment, for any lease under 7 months

  • Property management:

  • Starting from as low as $50 monthly, each property has different needs call for specific pricing on your unit (s)

All fees are subject to change call for current pricing and or special discounts available
